Fast and convenient service, they  try to knock out as much as possible in short  (Saturday hours) time, I am  usually handing them a bunch of jobs to look at and some add ons which is not easy to do on a shortened day like Saturday. I have both vehicles serviced there, and one service coming for a custom service job on a Monday, liftkit, tires, exhaust, etc. For the car enthusiasts crowd if you are looking for a garage for the daily driver and your "baby" to be taken care of, give this shop a try.

I can't speak for their repair service, but my motor club sent them to tow my 2003 Toyota RAV4. The fella that came for the tow was absolutely wonderful, could not have been nicer, introduced himself and it was a wonderful experience all around. I see all the negative reviews here and while I cannot speak for their service my experience with having them come for a tow was A++!

Our MINI Cooper S broke down after a car trip to visit friends in NJ from Rhode Island. We limped into the station and they were able to look at it very quickly for us. They also worked with me as I was in contact with my regular mechanic here in RI. Everyone worked together quickly to get my car back and running so we could get safely home, and then even followed up a few days later! Highly recommend!!

I had work done on my Toyota Tundra;  coilovers on my front wheels, a grille guard, a winch, and othe related accessories. Dave (service advisor) called CARiD for me, for a needed part to hook up to my  power steering pump and Steve (auto tech.) ran around to custom fabricators to make the part and later install it. Dave kept me informed on the progress and said I think your going to like how the truck will look and I did! Not only did the truck have more aggressive look, the oversized tires don't rub like they use to. It's great to have a shop that will do both accessories and regular maintenance. Thank you Quality Auto Repair, especially Steve who serviced my truck and Dave with the updates!

When I first arrived at Quality Auto Repair, I couldn't help but notice how clean the waiting room was. It was clean, organized, and welcoming. The service writer Ben was polite and understanding of my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and at ease about my vehicle's concern. They offered me a courtesy loaner vehicle for the day so I would not be inconvenienced in anyway. They finished working on my car in a few hours, I was able to run a couple errands, and received a phone call when everything was done. I was pleasantly surprised with how prompt, knowledgeable, and professional they were. I would recommend Quality Auto Repair to anyone who is looking for a new mechanic. I've used these guys on multiple occasions now over the last year and I have to say that they are a truly excellent establishment.  The first thing I noticed is that the place is REALLY clean and professional - not what you usually expect from an auto repair shop.  The service people are very polite and cheerful to deal with, and they just do a good and thorough job every time I bring my car in to get serviced.  Also, it's clear that they only do work they feel is really needed.  I've been to places before where the mechanic will take advantage of your lack of knowledge of cars and charge you for work that isn't needed.  I've never had that experience here.  They seem to be really honest guys.

My experience with Quality Auto was fantastic.  I had my car towed in, without an appointment, in the morning because water had leaked out of my radiator.  They called me shortly after the car arrived confirming what was needed.  They had to order the parts but still had the car back to me the same day.  The staff is knowledgeable and professional.  I was very happy with the service they provided me.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Scott Nolan and Quality Auto Parts.  The staff is friendly, cooperative, and on point.  They provided a very precise explanation of what my car needed and why they recommended the service.  They are very fair and accommodating.   They also were very cooperative in giving me transportation while they worked on my car. Since I have known about Quality Auto Repair, I have seen that they sponsor a lot of local charities here in Marlton.  I really like that.  It is nice to see a company that is willing to give back to the community.   I thoroughly recommend Quality Auto Repair for all of your automotive needs!

I have been a loyal customer for years... The first time I went there they helped me out of a pinch. My charge light turned on as I was getting ready to go on vacation. I called Quality Auto Repair and they were able to get me in right away... They checked it out and found out the problem was a simple electrical connection and they repaired it in less than an hour. Their price was very reasonable and they even followed up with me after the service to make sure everything was ok... I have sent many friends and family members there. I did have one friend that complained that he had to wait an hour for an oil change and a tire rotation but he said he still goes there.  They have always done right by me.

Since writing my last review I was contacted by the manager Dan. He was very eager to correct any wrongs from the past. I never voiced my problems initially so in all fairness I gave them another shot. My vehicle had some lights on the dash and I had no idea what was wrong. Dan took it in and did a very thorough investigation. He was unable to correct my problem, no fault of his bc my vehicle needed a specific scan tool that only Jaguar carried. He left me with a detailed description on what codes showed up so I had no problems communicating with my dealership. Since then Dan has personally contacted me taking a interest in what was wrong with the vehicle. He didn't charge me a dime and wouldn't take a tip! That goes a long way bout his character. I have contacted him to discuss any mechanicle problems I'm having and he gives me very accurate imput. I do not plan to have car troubles a lot but it will happen and Quality will be getting my business. Talk bout going the extra mile! They really try for a good customer experience  Thank you!

I just moved down here from central new jersey several months back and was looking for a reliable auto repair shop. The first time here, I just got an oil change and was made aware of a few recommendations on my vehicle. One of the people who worked there actually brought me into the shop and showed me exactly what needed to be done so I know he wasn't trying to get me for some unnecessary repairs. I told him I couldn't get them done at that time. Over the course of the next few months, I received letters in the mail and emails with discounts and concerns for the needed repairs. It actually seemed like genuine concern and that's rare for an auto repair shop. Today, I got work that needed to be done as there was an issue with a tire rod and some fluids that needed changing. I got those done and the car is running real smooth now. On top of the great work, one of the employees drove me back home, and picked me up when the work was done so I wasn't waiting. As with all car repair work, some is going to be pricey, but I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic! The driver was wonderful and fast. They were able to tow my car back to my house and gave me a lift home. They made, "having to call a tow truck," hassle free and very convenient! After insurance coverage, it was only $9.

Service this month Sept 2016 - Actual Customer - Real Review First, I will not hesitate to refer people to this shop for repairs. This started off with a AAA Tow request when my transmission decided to die on me.  I knew what the issue possibly was and other shops flat out completely declined to work/repair my trans - 2007 BMW X3 - because of the 150K miles on it - other shops quoted me an outrageous 5K for a warrantied trans swap without even offering to drop the trans pan to check for any issues. The tow driver was nice and convinced me to actually at least get the car diagnosed at the shop for a fee which would be applied as a credit if I repair in shop. They confirmed trans failure and informed me that we'd have to drop the pan and get in to the transmission to see exactly what was wrong and how much the real repair might cost. Dan, my service adviser, was always prompt in returning my calls or answering all the questions I bugged him with.  He always let me know what kind of cost and what the status was of the job. Now to the point - the labor cost was a bit on the high-end but they did an awesome job and actually completed the repair slightly cheaper than what I was initially quoted after the diagnosis. Car was in and out in 2 days - I didn't use it but they told me of their shuttle service as well as Enterprise rental service where they could get you a rental for about 30 to 40 bucks. I only briefly stopped into the waiting area but it does have all the amenities like coffee, seating area, reading materials, tv, etc. The up to date ASE certificates are also posted right there at the desk for their mechanics. Summary The service I received was great - hands down.  The garage was closing but I called while stuck in traffic and someone stayed so I could still get my vehicle out. Labor was a bit expensive but they got me back on the road for a far, far more reasonable price than TWO other shops who flat out lied to my face and said I needed to replace the entire transmission. I am definitely bringing my vehicles in for other services in the future. Also - just some advice for people who call mechanics rip-offs.  YOU need to ask questions and get multiple quotes and see if you can find out the exact cost and problem.  ASK questions - I asked Dan everything!  How did my fluid look after you dropped the pan?  Can you give me a better deal?  Do you have a loaner?  They also NEED to see the car to tell you whats wrong - thats just plain obvious.  They can't just quote over the phone. They answered all my questions happily. Honestly this is a business ok?  Yes, somethings might be more expensive but they warranty and stand behind their work.  Thats also why I went 4 stars - the labor was just a bit too expensive in my opinion. Charlie even gave me a call today for follow-up which prompted me to write this review.

Mike and Scott helped me out of a ton -  My 95 jaguar blew out a radiator hose on a friday night at 6 when i arrived in cherry hill from Massachusetts.   They had the part by monday (not an easy to find item due to the age of the car!)  and had me on my way home by Tuesday at lunch.   Very professional and nice.  They called me regularly to let me know what was going on, and i thought the price was fair given the complicated nature of the engine and the location of the hose.

This is not your typical auto repair shop, because the inside is actually NICE!  AAA rated, clean shop with a fantastic staff, these guys did a great job on my oil change, put in new front brakes, and made sure my car was ready for a long car trip. They offer shuttle service too, so I was able to get a ride to work after I dropped my car off there, SO convenient!  They also have loaner cars if someone needs one. The prices for tires/labor were a little steep, but other than that everything was fantastic.

2015 Chevy Silverado needed new brake pads & rotors.
